Return & Exchange Policy

Note: Unwrapped items or Used items will not be Accepted except for some valid reasons.
  1. We will gladly accept any undamaged and unscratched glasses within 14 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
  2. Customer needs to return the parcel through any courier on his own expense to our address. 
  3. Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 
  4. We process all return and exchange requests promptly, typically within 3 to 5 working days.

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your items:

1. Repack Parcel

 Make sure that the item should be packed safely. Damaged item will not be accepted.

Write Information: Your name on the order by which you place your order, your phone number and further details of order like order number.

Customer needs to return the parcel via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to the following address:
